Rotating Equipment Repair
Our expertise is in the diagnosis and repair of motors, drives, controls, and other electromechanical equipment. The largest motor we have worked on to date was 20,240HP. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes large and small burn-out ovens, a 12-foot VPI tank with 100% solid epoxy resin, a submersible tank, and a testing pad. We are available to our customers 24/7, running three shifts around the clock.
Field Service and Labor Support
Our field service team responds to a customer’s site to remove and re-install equipment for repair, even in the toughest conditions. We offer on-site balancing, laser alignment, and Cryogenic cleaning solutions, which all drastically increase the lifespan of rotating equipment. One of the most unique solutions our field team offers is motion amplification testing, allowing for the detection of complex vibration problems our customers face.
In-House Machining and Fabrication
We perform machining services for the equipment we repair, as well as for our non-motor customers. Our team of machinists can manufacture one part or set-up a large production of many parts of all types and sizes with our CNC turning and horizontal boring mill. We can also provide STICK, TIG and MIG welding.
Project Engineering
Our engineers work with customers to create and implement solutions that improve industrial productivity and reduce costly downtime and catastrophic failures. They have the skill and expertise to design and manufacture new parts, reverse-engineer and re-create existing components, and retrofit elements to accommodate current plant configurations. Additionally, with our OMAX 120X Series waterjet, we can meet customers’ precision cutting needs for almost any material and thickness.
New Equipment Sales
We can order new equipment from any major manufacturer, relieving our customers of supply chain issues. Taking it a step further, we provide a safe, clean, and dry facility to store customers’ spare and back-up units. When they are ready to swap equipment out, it is ready for efficient delivery and installation.
Predictive Maintenance
We work with our customers to provide root-cause analysis and proactive solutions. Beyond that, we can establish time-based and condition-based predictive maintenance to prevent catastrophic equipment failures, decreasing downtime and saving money for our customers.
